Letters For Hire
We are based in Darlington, in North East England, so we can hire our fantastic illuminated letters / numbers / symbols / shapes in the area with a fast, efficient and very competitively priced service. We offer FREE delivery / set up / collection within a 30mile radius of our office DL1 2NS, outside of this area we can still deliver but for obvious reasons we need to apply a small charge to cover fuel costs and staff driving time – PLEASE drop us an email or give us a call for an accurate delivery cost. We can, where required deliver these throughout the UK but again, please be aware of delivery costs and request an accurate price before confirming a hire.
Our hire fees are priced at a ‘day’ rate, not by the hour as it is rarely possible to be able to hire one set of letters twice in one day. Typically we will establish an appropriate time to deliver your hire letters on the day of the event, making arrangements at the point of hire with you and the venue to collect them the following morning / day. We will deliver the letters, set them up in the location required, connect them up to a nearby power source, inspect them and clean them – so they are in perfect condition and full working order for you. If the letters are to be moved at any point during the hire period, we will need to be made aware of this as advice will need to be given on their safe handling. We take a deposit of £200.00 on top of the hire fee for each hire, this is just to cover damage or abuse which rarely happens but unfortunately does happen. If the letters are collected in the same condition that they were delivered in – this deposit will be refunded in full, in the same way that it was paid. We must make the hirer aware that they are solely responsible for the safety and security of any equipment hired from us. All letters are PAT Tested for electrical safety, copies of the Pat test certificates and our PLI insurance can be forwarded to you or your venue ahead of the delivery of your letters.
